    ASIC is a public body. By not announcing if it is investigating isx or not, the ASX is using that as excuse to keep isx suspended indefinitely.
    Since ASIC is a public body why can’t we report to ICAC? Shareholders have been in limbo for 15 months because we are going around in circles.
