reading the Reply, it seems by ISX's own admission that the Independent Experts only received the copies of the Visa Correspondence from ASX in mid-July, after their initial report had been issued...

in other words, they did not receive the Visa correspondence from ISX, as has been alluded to (although worded very precisely)..

wow - that is staggering and I think speaks volumes

ISX only then instructed the Independent Experts to review the Visa Correspondence in mid-August, and received the updated opinion in September.. however it has already been previously acknowledged (by ISX), that the legal advice was not provided to the Independent Experts - so they could only form their opinion on the materials presented and representations made by management..
