Any company at any time could have performance shares on issue right now that, at a later date, are proven to be invalid. If that's the case leagle action can be taken to seek recourse for shareholders. That's normal. Keeping a company like ISX suspended off the back of media speculation and a hunch is highly unusual IMO. The ASX's "cure" has been a thousand times worse for sharholders then the suspected "disease" of ill-gotten performance shares.
