1. A majority of us obviously do believe that ISX will create the NPAT to justify the price,

Many of us, based on the facts that currently exist - facts on the terms of earning the performance shares, the fact that the contracts did produce significant future revenue and the fact that nothing has been currently been found that shows the shares were earned through corruption- do not believe the performance shares were "given away".
3. And provided 1-2 turn out to be true, most of us would not begrudge people who invested in an idea for the future and worked every day to improve and add onto that idea, to be rewarded for that effort. Creating an enduring start-up is no easy task.
4, Lastly, many of us will be dead in 20 years so this argument is irrelevant,
