    They can put on a brave face, but there is no way the good people at the ASX would have anticipated that the ISX suspension would have landed them where they are now. I believe they expected that ISX would go bust shortly after the suspension and it would be a public relations win, seen to be coming down hard on a "shadowy organisation". Instead they are heading in slow-motion towards a situation where the validity of their listing rules are about to be scrutinized by an independent high court judge.
    The thing that really doesn't add up is that almost all of the scrutiny coming out of the ASX now is about the VISA incident, something that happened about 6 months after the suspension? Why aren't we hearing about the 2018 revenue's anymore? If that evidence was as damning as we were initially led to believe why would they even bother persueing the VISA thing, which at worst looks like a very minor compliance breach.
