My word is that traders in Warri will buy Kogi IO at a $50 discount to the spot price as long as the Fe is over 56%. It wouldn't be hard to pick the eyes out of the plateau to find ore at this level. Some suggest there isn't enough infrastructure to ship ore, well that would be the dealers problem at Warri wouldn't it, they buy it they can ship it. It only has to be delivered to Warri, which can be done by the recently completed Itakape-Warri rail line, completed by someone who was interested in Kogi @Doc007, so it is just a matter of delivering ore to Itakape from Agbaja. We know the road up to the plateau has been upgraded but may need some more work. Then it is a matter of transporting it about 70km to the rail head at either Itakape or Ajaokuta. It would be good to see the company at least look into this option to find out if it is economic or not and inform shareholders of the outcome.
