with regard La Jolla the story goes like this
the con note arrangement was for $2.5m
so far ESI has drawn down $1.5m of this La Jolla has converted $1.2m to shares (75m)
that leaves $1m in con notes to go plus $300k not yet converted.
So in total that leaves $1.3m yet to be converted to shares.
In a nutshell - not even half way through!
