As I recall, they said a few years back that under the JV Agreement Round Oak had first option to process the ore at their 600ktpa facility.

Be interesting to see how this plays out because the co later said that there was a binding agreement for Round Oaks to process the ore. Note the JV is 80/20 in favour of TBA and TBA was undertaking the drilling. Normally under such agreements the junior partner is required to front up with the cash once mining actually starts!
