Under law it would deem unfavourable to mmx should they not make some offer/form of settlement. The fact that they made such a low offer to chm (when in fact it is said that previously the offers were higher) proves to me that they didnt give a jam whether chm took the offer or not as mmx were happy to take it into court, its chm that got nervous nellies and took the offer on the table at the closing minutes - now if that isnt lack of confidence I dont know what is. MMX have just played by the law and the legal process of looking to be making an attempt to settle and not waste court time. Joke on you Forbes.
