$7 million dollars is great. $150 million $250 Million stated by CHM was in September 2008. Been a little GFC since then. $7 million refeclts 5% of what MMX is worth now $140 million. Ie cash in bank. LOL

Evan Koh worked away from this deal and relinquished the mayority of the claim to CHM. He thought it had buckleys.

So for MMX to settle on a lost hopeless case for even $1 is a win to CHM and the larger case in terms of crediti bilty.

MMX holders will never see this except the sane ones.
