Well... that's why they hired that new guy - Tod... his role is to organise the next CR, there's no other reason to make him a director given his previous experience and line of expertise
But, I'd have to agree with you, nobody in their right mind would give this mob more money... so I'd not be surprised if we see Tod's resignation ann soon
