Which part of my post did you find childish or hard to believe, bd? I don't find it that way at all.

Sean Neylon (company rep) clearly stated that this thread is being monitored by their lawyers so it's only logical to assume that HC might've received a warning letter from them.

The fact that this thread is turning into a bit of a circus is mainly company's fault. Their over-exaggerated promises that never materialise (roame, facial recognition, 440,000 pre-orders, global launches, etc) is really what's causing all this.

And when I get posts moderated for being "sarcastic" or "unsubstantiated" when, in fact, it is well substantiated... well, that does raise some questions!
