Not trying to spread fear.. a large portion of the CR was going towards Pattersons and Euroz. About 5 million I believe and 47 million towards NAB. So what happens there if that's not going head with them Look at possible payouts to CL and staff slashing cutbacks including super/ holiday pay payouts etc and theres not a lot left. I put 40 k here.. half of it borrowed. I will be taking this further and have consulted a lawyer myself. Civil action with caveats on private housing of the management responsible looks a viable option to see no-one forgets this debarcle. My understanding at this point is I cant be sued for any inconveneience caused by a caveat to responsible( for this mess) upper management/director staff trying to sell up and move on with their lives like I cant right now.A mistake is to let it blow over and not take action now IMO. These people appear slippery to me.
