    I wish you well in your endeavours, but I fear you will not have much luck.

    With people in these roles the assets will be in the wifes name, in a family trust with a $2 comapny over the top etc etc. All very easy to do, and they would have been advised to this many years ago is my bet (especially any directors)

    I would be surprised if these guys hadn't long ago taken these types of rudimentry steps for just this type of thing, but you never know I guess.
