row between farole and africaoil intensifies

There is information we are getting from Garowe which point to Farole visiting India looking to replace Africa oil and partners after the shabeel-1 unsuccessful drilling for the promised vast oil flows of 19Billion barrels they promised.The dispute also touches on success fees that were to be paid of which Africa Oil and partners has not committed to paying until the second well is finished(if you need more information email me at [email protected]).

The issue now is where to drill the second well? will it be in ENI block proper or Conoco Block.

Farole wants Conoco acreage drilled in the Nugaal Basin but the challenge is Nugaal is a disputed area between:
1.Puntland
2.Khaatumo
3.Somaliland

Who is right and who will be wrong keep your eyes open.
