I am extrapolating from the Draft DOCA
Clause 9 - HAR may dismiss compass mining and appoint itself or someone else to operate at its discretion. It goes on to say that Compass Mining would continue but then;
Clause 10 - The directors of Compass mining shall be appointed by HAR and the VA has no right to object.
I am interpreting this as the same name but a different Board of Directors and in effect a new company.
