Some interesting points.....
The exclusivity expiring without a deal is an interesting idea, but we've not seen why the exclusivity period was enacted in the first place.
Does NEU have another offer for ROW? If they do, a stalemate situation could be a risky play by ACAD.
What ever the situation, my only request is that NEU spend some time to consider their messaging and learn from the mistakes of the last announcement with the ACAD deal.
