While I am pleased to see SLR make a serious offer for our EGA shares, it must be remembered that it is an all script offer and subject to the fluctuations of the SLR share price, which was at 90c a couple of weeks ago and up to $1.50 several weeks before that. It will be interesting to see if Rowsthorn has a cash offer for us. If they want EGA they don't have time to sit on their hands. Cash trumps script. What price will EGA reopen at?
