At the AGM in November last year directors asked for retirement benefits ie golden handshakes. That was overwhelmingly rejected by shareholders. It was a clear message to the Board that they ignored. Now they are back wanting free shares. We need to send the message again by rejecting this motion with the exception of Rob Ryan.
