imo no shareholder will be against rewarding management if they performed and sp reflected that performance
imo shareholders will vote with blink of an eye in favour of management as long as performance is visible
However, it seems Dennis and Ryan don’t give 2 f’s about bleeding shareholders by asking for bad performance bonuses imo
RR was appointed to board June 2022 I think and like I said before let’s see his by June this year if he is any good with his alleged experience to bring any value to holders
to date his performance scorecard is 4/10, let’s see what he can do by 30 June
