Your suggestion certainly makes sense. RMS is not absolutely out of the question to bid for RXL because they have a good cash pile so they do not have to issue shares at present. However, a larger player could take out RXL with their small change but still add materially to their future production profile.
RXL has been languishing for some time but I sense that is going to change shortly.
