As far as I remember EVN don't do takeovers of companies but buy mines of other companies, so I doubt they would make a T/O bid for RXL but maybe there is a first. I believe Hawkes Point also have a holding in CMM so potentially they could make a bid because if HP except then it paves the way for a succesful bid. Someone could also take out VMC and get 30% of Younami plus a 5% holding of RXL. Just adding to the convo not financial advice.
