With all the non delivery of promised company making announcements that was due last quarter, now the focus will be squarely on coming up cr and how low it will be raised to make it tempting to current sophisticated investors
if dedicated investors like mungy followed rxl sp action, it was brave effort to keep sp around .25c for few months now that it’s breached
my guesses is with raise discount given raise will most likely happen around .15c-.16c if sp drops below 20c imo it’s given it will within next 2 weeks, as management made no attempt from last news flow to now as to when scoping study will be released
