completely disregards the fact that it's cost that was incurred, raised and spent at the expense of shareholders. & mongy thinks this is fine. he is actually happy.

So it is ok, rxl can raise $8mil at 10cents next time and spend it all now on endless questionable drilling because cost incurred is actually not cost incurred or spent.

mongy agains misses the point. tells a blantant lie. and now claims $5mil that was raised from shareholders, at the expensive of shareholders, that was spent.... but wasn't spent and shareholders did not incurr value destruction or losses...
