And just who decides WHO has right of access? And adjudicates in instances of argument? WHO bestows right of access? Who is authorised to DO the act of access - and who directs their actions - hands out such authorisations - to whom do THEY report - let alone who scrutinises the scrutinisers? And what happens to the information they then extract? where does THAT end up? And how is it used? I need a coffee.
It's police state territory - pure simple absolutely - stinks of the KGB/China communist thuggery model - and that Police State summation was a much vaunted opinion when this worrying issue was discussed by various officials last night on a respected TV panel discussion.
