You're absolutely right, RXL gets the money back when production starts,
in the mean time RXL pays
100% to production, in my estimates roughly $45 million more then our share
Are you incapable of seeing this fact, and the dilution it will cause to the equity
of the company,
The deal should have been, as most other JV and that is, free carry to decision to
mine, if VMC couldn't meat it's obligations, VMCs position would reduce to an NSR.
Then we have a situation where RXL becomes 100% owner, for paying 100% to production
Instead VMC doesn't contribute one red cent and walks away with 30%.
Dilution, Mate, dilution, is the big pain in the butt, and the SP hurdle.
