Do yourself a favor and read the report, the key word is (SOLEY)
Read the 2020 financial report, section 12b where it says
that VMC accumulated interest free loan will be repaid (SOLEY) from
gold production, even you should be able to understand that.
It also mentions that Repayment could be made from proceeds'
of the sale of leases, and or third party involvement in the JV.
