There is absolutely no risk flow and holders you will get an announcement before the AGM, AP will be withholding results/announcements to get the timing just right. Don't anyone say " That contravenes continuous disclosure listing rules " because they all do it.
Rox will want everyone walking into that meeting with warm fuzzy feelings so their remuneration packages become a little more palatable.
