Very poor diligence from the Roy Hill project team in the first place. Notwithstanding alot of Forges financial issues had not come to light at tyhe time, there would have been some alarm bells ringing.

What is the nature of the relationship with Duro Felguera? If its a JV both partners are joint and severably liable for each other...could be interesting if it is.
