Pcyc, i figure if they had fully disclosed the data room, ANZ demanding an investor urgently and desperate need for a white knight the share price would have tanked to virtually zero.

They perhaps should have been in a halt a week ago given the dire state and precarious situation they were in.

It is a joke the management said the first ANZ deal would support them and see the power contracts finished etc, then less than 2 months later collapse. I feel that was misleading as capital was desperately required but no one was forthcoming.
