I am an accountant and can't work out where this company stands on this job. I've read the annual Report but it is almost mis-leading . I say almost because they say nothing, except they did the job on time.
Does anyone know the following----What did they bill Samsung & What did Samsung not pay because of dispute?
This is called the disputable amount.
Second point is concerning the court decision awarding NWH $ 30 m -----is this amount incorporated into the Annual accounts just released ? That is, if the $ 30 m gets paid, do profits go up, or do Receivables go down. It is absurd that this is not clear in the accounts.
What responsibility do the Board and CEO accept for the Roy hill loss ? It looks to me as no responsibility.
