You're not the only one!
The amount in dispute is commercial in confidence they said. They are purposefully obfuscating what it is.
The first 2 dispute amounts, $17m and $8m approx are in the books (as receivables we believe).
The most recent $8.8m (I think) arbitration I believe came through after the books were done, so that's not in there.
However there are also some Samsung setbacks in the books - 'reasonable allowances' for Samsung chargebacks I think they called them. We also don't know what they are..
I might have the numbers slightly wrong, don't have my spreadsheet here.
