I agree with pbawle.
Whilst it is easy to be critical of the Board and Management, they have obviously been caught by a party (Samsung) who are not playing by the rules. It means that they will need to seek legal redress. This takes time. Samsung are creating an environment where no-one will not be prepared to work with them in the future.
What NRW have said is that the amount they are seeking to recover is" substantial" . We know that they lost the progress claim for drilling and blasting of $51 million , but may well be able to recover as part of project final claim for variations. That could be a year away (18 months after practical completion), and then possibly subject to dispute resolution.
The market cap is currently $39 million. Any outcome on drilling and blasting will be substantial.
