Agree, I'm wasn't making a comment on the total amount in dispute above, just outlining some numbers we know about.
@Beardy, These numbers are important because NWH should be able to get that $34m cash in the short term and solve the short term liquidity issue. That will change the focus to new contracts that put the idle assets to work (because they're probably not worth much if they are sold). In the longer term then I think we agree that there is probably a lot more than $34m on the table - potentially - but it will take 1-2 years to get it due to Singapore arbitration or final wrap up of the project negotiations after 18 months. The only way NWH will get any of that money in the short term is a settlement which has been speculated about on HC. Personally I have no sense of the likelihood of that so I'll ignore that possibility.
