Met with NC and the COO today. Got some comfort around the IAEA report. Belief is there will probably be additional requirements on environmental reporting and monitoring but nothing that will move the needle from a cost perspective.
Sounds like a complete political pantomime.
Would not be surprised if there was a small delay on the AMP - although the company is still saying mid-late Sept. Hard up against the timeline. Suspect it will be weeks not months. Pretty impressed with the COO - he is an steady experienced hand, just the guy to deliver the AMP.
Went through a fair bit more in terms of mine and commissioning issues, REO market dynamics and product marketing activities. Environmental approvals and commissioning the only real potential speed bumps otehrwise all seems to be going very well. Obviously the event risk here still exists but not so unnerving with mgmt handling the process appropriately.
