RBS is owned by the UK government , "David Cameron and Co" and as the world and his dog is aware they struggle to wipe their own back hallway. Can't have Gold being added to the Oil and Independence debate. The problem with the British Banks is the lack of a pair and the fact none of them have a mining division , department , section ,etc. you would have more success putting four shovels against a wall and telling them to take their pick.
