After the 74 floods the Wivenhoe was built PRIMARILY to stop another flood in BIRISBANE Due to certain facts which would come out in a ROYAL CONMISSION this did not work !!ANOTHER stuff up by the QLD govt! and what about ISPWICH ,the BRAMER RIVER flooded again!! and wrecked HAVOC WHY hasent a flood mitigation plan put into operation for the BRAMER?
