It actually is scrimping and living like you say is belittling and an embarrassment in any society.
No kids parties,no games or ipads for kids,live on bread and potatoes and never eat out,no movies ,no holiday,no kids parties or Xmas presents for anyone.
No beer or alcohol too.
Sure it's wise to be sharp with your money but it is just not realistic.
Maybe if you live in a town where everyone one is living the same way and does nothing but that is existing and not living.
Oh and what about the tolls across Sydney everywhere you drive which will be huge when they all open up.
It was estimated in a news story to add $2k extra per year to the average driver.WTF!
