What is wrong with the kids of today having the same expectations as us middle aged people had back then? An expectation to be able to go out with friends, to go on holidays, to have a secure job, to be able to get married and have kids and one parent stayed home to look after the kids, to buy a home which was only 2 or 3 times your yearly income. Do young people have too high expectations or have we denied them the opportunities that we had?
