Hmm,... if your last sentence is accurate, MOC will be affected,... Commissions handed out to MOC as a mortgage broker to a number of banks carry a lot of the Flexi-Loan component, if my memory of what I read earlier serves me right.
But I stand corrected if otherwise,... please comment,....
