Excellent. Boy am I miffed about rising loan rates but lowering deposit rates, changing deposit rates for accounts by large amounts, and not being given the advertised exchange rates on a travel card and the non answer from the so called complaints department. Stuff shareholders and any who are so silly to still be holding too many bank shares, I feel there is rife cheating of the public by at least one bank and have evidence by keeping screen shots of rates versus the actual rates on the statement line item. Giving myself a bit of work to do but will try to put in a submission
