Dont make the claim to the Australian regulator as you have to provide the positive proof. Unless you are an insider in the industry and have documents to prove such a thing forget about it.
We all knew the banks were not working in the best interest of its customers but the government ran interference for years to stop the inquiry.
We all know the banks you list are guilty of serious breaches and they have been caught and fined but when they make more money than the fines then there is little chance of them stopping.
What chance does any one have when the government starts protecting these people.
