Any complaints in regards to these issue.....put them in writing to the Banking Royal Commission.....before it comes to a end....An the banking industry slowly goes back to its old ways again over time......
all these issues need to come under notice.....or be made aware off to the Commission as it can pass the issues on to other regulator bodies later on....
