At the recent GM you would have learnt why this company is so despised by the market. I questioned one director about the accummalated loss`s and he appeared quite proud about the fact it is $50 mill.They have no respect for their responsibility to share holders or the proceedures of a meeting.
When you see s/holders supporting Directors year after year and ignore the facts of their incompetance you cant feel too sorry for them.
If they have the assets they claim they have it is difficult to understand why the share price is so low. If the directors were genuine they would sell the assets and pay back the share holders and the directors go on their merry way.

Good luck your only chance is a change in management and I believe this is not too far off.IMO once the financial year is over changes will occur.
