As far as i know the drill rig is still on #2 well site and i'm wondering what the drilling contractor ( who took equity in the company in return for the monies owed to them...was it $1.6 mill??) thinks about all of this?
I'd hazard a guess that they'd think the only possible way to get a return on this equity is for the drill to start spinning again and hit some Texas tea and/or gas and they could then sell the equity back for a tidy 50% profit.
I'm confident that the drill rig won't leave that site before it starts up again.
