Mate we need top shareholders to stand up and come forward to request for a special meeting. As long as we ha e majority we can do anything. Ask for investigation, check company accounts etc... appoint new management team or management ourselves. What can be worst than it is. However we need top shareholders please. Can someone contact them? It is in their interest as much as ours. Management just don’t give a damn anymore. Or they are a bunch incapable dicks.
