    In terms of royalties, it is across only one mine IIRC. Not in on the ins and outs of contract but is the price of funding.

    In terms of conversion, it would more than likely be contractual. Consideration has been made by Magna and NSL, and I assume there would be legal ties to get it up there so Magna doesn't just share dump.

    that is my take on it. Someone more read up on it could probably give you a more complete answer
