Good! I am glad to hear this. It's great to know that IBG/JD are fighting to get a fair deal for IBG. Every mining licence comes with it's own set of T&C's so why we wouldn't fight for a fair deal. Mining royalties are always tricky as you generally pay them on production rate, so whether your mine is making money or not. A fairer way to do it is a higher tax margin so when you are making money you pay more when you make less you pay less. A safer way and protects the mining company against bad times, and right now commodities is experiencing this.

A big thumbs up to IBG/JD for still fighting this hard in really tough times after close to 10 long hard years to get a fair deal for IBG.
