A quick Google check indicates Sweden's mineral royalty and corporate income tax rates are low.
Exploration permit fees include an upfront charge and a charge of 5 kroner per hectare so in the hundreds or low thousands.
Mining permits more like 16,000 kroner each.
Roughly 16 kroner to 1.0 AUD.
Mining royalties are 0.2% (2 per 1000 of output value annually) split between the land owner (0.5) and the state (1.5).
The corporate tax rate is 22%.
