i made the same calc and had the same thought.
you have to wonder why cbh would have gone for the deal. i could understand it if they were severely cash-strapped but they've just been bought out by toho zinc (circa $1B market cap).
maybe toho aren't interested in the royalty?
or maybe cbh/toho are happy to take the money and run (and eliminate the small risk of the wonawinta project not proceeding)?
